Business-to-Business Service
Insight Agent INC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides business intelligence and analytics tools exclusively for business use. Our Service is designed for commercial entities and professional sellers, and is therefore not subject to consumer protection laws including the EU's 14-day cancellation rights for consumer contracts. By subscribing to our Service, you acknowledge that you are a business entity or acting in a business capacity.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Eligibility for Refund
We offer a 7-Day No-Obligation Cancellation period for new customers who subscribe to a MONTHLY plan. To be eligible for a full refund:
- You must be a first-time customer who has never previously subscribed to Insight Agent
- You must be subscribed to a monthly billing plan (not quarterly or annual plans)
- Your cancellation request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription date
- You must not exceed 70 credits of usage during the first 7 days (Fair Usage Requirement)
- Your request must be submitted in writing via email to support@insightagent.app
Fair Usage Requirement
To prevent abuse of our refund policy, customers who exceed 70 credits of usage during the first 7 days are not eligible for a full refund. This ensures that the trial period is used for evaluation purposes rather than as a means to access our Service without payment. Credit usage is tracked automatically and can be viewed in your account dashboard.
Refund Processing
Upon approval of your refund request, we will process a full refund to your original payment method minus a minor service charge to cover payment processing fees. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Refund Exclusions
The following situations are NOT eligible for refunds:
Existing Customers
If you have previously subscribed to Insight Agent and are returning or reinstating your subscription, you are not eligible for the 7-day trial period or refund. The trial period is reserved exclusively for first-time customers who have never used our Service before.
Long-Term Plans (Empire Plan)
Quarterly, annual, and long-term subscription plans (including our Empire Plan) are non-refundable. These plans are offered at discounted rates with the understanding that they represent a commitment to using our Service for the full subscription period. We strongly recommend trying our monthly plan with the 7-day trial before committing to a long-term plan.
Excessive Usage
Accounts that exceed 70 credits during the first 7 days are not eligible for a refund. This threshold ensures that customers are genuinely evaluating the Service rather than exploiting the trial period for extensive production use.
After 7 Days
Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period will not be honored. The trial period begins on the date of your initial subscription payment, not the date you first accessed the Service. It is your responsibility to evaluate the Service and submit a cancellation request within the 7-day window if you are not satisfied.
Partial Billing Periods
We do not provide refunds or prorated credits for partial months, quarters, or years of service when you cancel your subscription. If you cancel during a billing period, you will retain access to the Service until the end of that billing period, but no refund will be issued for the unused portion.
Subscription and Cancellation
Automatic Renewal
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the recurring subscription fees. Renewal charges are processed automatically on your renewal date.
How to Cancel
To cancel your subscription and request a refund (if eligible), you must submit your request in writing by sending an email to:

Include your account email address and subscription details in your cancellation request. Cancellations submitted through other channels (such as social media or verbal communication) will not be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your cancellation has been processed.
Cancellation Effective Date
When you cancel your subscription (outside of the 7-day refund period), the cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. No prorated refunds or credits will be provided for the remaining time in your billing period.
Advance Payment
All subscription fees are charged in advance at the beginning of each billing period. These fees are non-refundable except as explicitly stated in this Refund Policy. By subscribing, you agree to pay the full subscription fee for each billing period, regardless of how much you use the Service.
No Warranties - Service Provided "AS IS"
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Insight Agent INC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Service, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any data or results
- Warranties that defects in the Service will be corrected
- Warranties regarding the quality or performance of the Service
You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your specific requirements or business needs, or that it will generate any particular results or business outcomes. Any material, data, or information obtained through the Service is accessed at your own discretion and risk.
Company Rights and Privileges
Right to Modify or Discontinue Service
Insight Agent INC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you. This includes the right to change features, functionality, pricing, and availability of the Service at any time.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel subscriptions at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of our Terms of Service, suspected fraudulent activity, excessive usage, or abusive behavior. In such cases, we may provide a prorated refund at our sole discretion, but we are not obligated to do so.
Right to Update Policies
We may update this Refund Policy at any time by posting the revised policy on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically to stay informed of any updates.
Maximum Legal Protection
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this Refund Policy is designed to provide Insight Agent INC with maximum rights, privileges, and protections. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, disclaim warranties, or reserve discretionary rights, we exercise those rights to their maximum extent. This policy shall be interpreted in a manner most favorable to the Company where ambiguities exist.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances
Legal Requirements
Notwithstanding any provision in this policy, we will comply with refund requirements mandated by applicable law in your jurisdiction. If local laws provide you with refund rights that exceed those described in this policy, those legal rights will prevail to the extent required by law.
Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, we may choose to provide refunds outside of this policy at our sole discretion. Such discretionary refunds do not establish a precedent or waive our rights under this policy. Each refund request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Technical Issues
We do not provide refunds for temporary technical issues, service interruptions, or downtime unless the Service is unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours). We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service.
Payment Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your payment provider or bank (chargeback), we reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account pending resolution of the dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and potential legal action.
